Risk Assessment
1) This is a our risk assessment, it i used to know what precautions the groups is taking when filming media. We had to fill in appropriate answers on what would be a risk to us and other people around us.

2) this is an example of a bad risk assessment because it doesn't have any detail on what the risks are, who will be harmed, what could go wrong and finally what environment its effecting. Also the person or group who has done this clearly has no understanding on risk assessments all together! they haven't put headings on the boxes so no one who is reading this will be able to know what is what. It only had two risks so if anything els was to happen, it wouldn't be on there and they wouldn't be able to have a clear understanding it. it isn't enough. they need more risks and not just to point out the obvious ones. and finally they haven't put there name, production group at the top.
3) this is an example of a good risk assessment. this is a good risk assessment because the group 'HALO FILMS' have put there production name at the top, where they are location at (school), the post code and the telephone number. they have put clear headings such as the hazard, severity, likelihood, ranking of risk and also how to reduce the risk. they have good understanding of what the risks are and they have detailed answers as well.
so, there is a good risk assessment and a bad one. we have compared our risk assessment to the good risk assessment and we have detected that we have included detailed descriptions, headings, realistic risks and have good understanding of the risks. just the same as in the good risk assessment. but on the other hand the things that we compared to the bad risk assessment with ours is that we didn't put our name on it, the school that we are making it for and also more descriptive writing.
