Shooting Schedule
Shooting schedules are an incredibly important asset to filming as they are used to organise:
- When we will film?( What day?).
- What time are we filming?/ if we are filming in the day or in the night.
- What specific scene we are filming?
- Whether we are filming inside or outside building facilities.
- Where we are filming? ( What location and specific details where appropriate?).
- Gives a brief summary of the content inside the scene.
- Shot descriptions,
- Context of scene, - Which characters will be in a specific scene?( Which of the protagonists or side characters?).
- Equipment, ( such as camera equipment for example a tripod).
We Crimson Webb Films, understand the importance of having a filming schedule. Which is why we have been recording our filming times- in a shooting schedule. As we can refer back to the schedule and show easily and clearly the progression of our filming and how we progressed forward, by adapting our filming times.

Evaluation of the Shooting Schedule
This shooting schedule has many aspects to which why it is incredibly good. As the dates are clearly specified as well as the certain scenes that they filmed on a particular day.
The mentioning of whether the filming is inside or outside and what time of day it is. During the day or night depending on what the scene is. The shot descriptions and summary of each of the scenes are for the length are pretty well described , and the location in each of the rows has been stated. Characters are important; which is why it is promising to see that this example of a storyboard has a list of characters that is in every scene as it would be easier for the actors/actresses to time-plan . Finally, every day has specified a list of equipment, props, costumes and requirements of a special nature.

What our Shooting Schedule contains
This is our shooting schedule telling us the schedule that we Crimson Webb Films. Our shooting schedule contains the dates and the specific
scenes that we filmed on that particular day.
On the 15th December 2015 we filmed scene 1, scene 2 and scene 3. This where Agent Lynch (Brandon Hibberd), walks into the Reception of The Churchdown Mental Facility where he meets Doctor 1 (Jordan Ferneyhough) ,a friendly and chirpy doctor, who welcomes him into the facility. Shortly after Agent Lynch asks about the new mental patient that has been transfered from the other asylums around the local area which have suspiciously closed down. Doctor 1 than directs him to Doctor 2 who leads him down into the corridors of the Mental Facility The location used specifically for these scenes were in The Churchdown School Academy Reception.
On the 16th December 2015, the day after we re-visit the scenes when Lynch was talking to Doctor 1 as we believed that the acting potential was not reached at the highest capacity. So we Crimson Webb Films believed that a re-shooting of these scenes was in order. Which we were happy with for the moment. Then we filmed scene 4 shortly after 4.00pm ( we started the re-shooting at 3.30pm) This is where Lynch and Doctor 2 ( Jon Mann) start walking down the Mental Asylum Corridors which are shown to be lengthy almost like the entire facility is an entire Labyrinth.
On the 18th December 2015 we Crimson Webb Films decided to film outside for an hour ( 3.30pm to 4.30 pm) during the day, because the day was very windy, cold and bitter and that is what we want the audience to feel when the protagonists are outside the Mental Facility suggesting even in the day that there is danger still lurching on the grounds of the Mental Facility.
On the 21st December 2015 we filmed the last this year by filming the last 2 scenes ( 7 and 8) Where Agent Lynch was been lead and guided by Doctor 2 to the mental patient's room which has been causing the apparent havoc. Doctor 2 goes through the mental facilities requirements, rules and regulations when meeting this particular patient. We re-filmed and visited scene 7 due to the lighting in the mental patient's room as we believed that the lighting effect could have been improved by more variation in shots and the change in time of the day; this is why we filmed slightly later in the school grounds ( 5.00pm to 5.30pm) as this was during the Winter hence at this time it would have been a lot darker in lighting making the scene of Agent Lynch and Doctor 2 being killed more affective and scary to the audience. When the patient escapes into the wilderness and city beyond... Leaving the audience on a cliff-hanger.
